I've also guided businesses through the technology lifecycle, from identifying their initial tech requirements to supporting them through development and final implementation. Additionally, I've focused on seamlessly integrating Google web services to enhance functionality and performance for these projects.

Lead Developer

I concentrated on overseeing the successful migration of multiple brands from Magento to Shopify Plus, and streamlining their e-commerce operations. Within an ambitious six-month timeframe, I led the launch of Princess Highway, Dangerfield, Dangerfield NZ, Gorman, Gorman NZ, Alannah Hill, and Jack London, ensuring each brand transitioned smoothly and effectively.
Beyond the migrations, I've maintained a strong emphasis on enhancing user experience and boosting customer retention through strategic improvements. Additionally, I've managed projects and driven app development, integrating AI solutions and crafting custom applications to meet evolving business needs.

2017 - 2020

Web Developer

I built an online store tailored for Engineers and Electricians, offering products specifically geared toward their needs. Alongside that, I developed a custom online quoting system for the sales team, which was a game-changer in an industry where sales have traditionally relied on phone calls or face-to-face interactions. It was exciting to rethink how things have "always been done" and find ways to streamline the process.
The system I created is user-friendly, allowing the sales team to generate quotes on the go while traveling across the country.
My goal was to cut software costs by merging customer databases and quoting tools into one efficient platform, ultimately making the entire sales process smoother and more effective.
